Our "single-issue advice" offering allows you to get significant help for one issue without a large commitment (we don't do hourly work).

The Total Business Review is our flagship product, but there are times when you don't want or need an approach that comprehensive. To limit our client base but also provide a mechanism for urgent issues, we can help you with a single critical issue that seems to be impeding your success.

To qualify for this service, it must be a single issue (even if complicated), it must be handled remotely, and it must not be featured in a package. For instance, it's not a cheaper way to have us conduct an employee retreat.

If this interests you, give us a sense of what you are trying to work through and we'll tell you honestly whether we can help. If we can, we'll specify what we'll need to receive from you, and then we'll schedule our first phone call. If we can't help, we'll point you to someone who can.

Location. Remote.

Duration. Usually within 1 week of receiving the materials we'll ask for--if it's urgent, we can typically begin sooner.

Deliverable. Hours of industry leading advice that follows written agenda.

Unlimited Remote Implementation. 1 month.

Participation Requirements. Principal/Finance gather materials for 1-2 hours. Principal/Manager participate for whatever is required.

Cost. $3,000 fee. If an agreement for a Total Business Review is signed/returned within 2 months of the engagement date, one-half the fee is credited toward the final Total Business Review payment.
